Are your products authentic?
Yes! Every product sold on Sveltplace is 100% original and authentic. We source directly from brands and authorized distributors.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping delivers within 1–2 business days. Lagos orders typically arrive faster.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₦25,000. This applies automatically at checkout.
Can I return a product?
You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Opened beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Return Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Paystack, including debit cards, bank transfers, and USSD. All payments are processed securely.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status from your Account page.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?
Currently, we only ship within Nigeria (all 36 states + FCT). International shipping is coming soon!
