Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Sveltplace, we want you to love every product. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
2. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Sealed (for hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by the customer
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at hello@support.sveltplace.com with your order number
- We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back within 7 days of authorization
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid with:
- Card (via Paystack/Flutterwave): Refund to your card within 5–7 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refund to your bank account within 5–7 business days
6. Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different shade or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
