Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Sveltplace, we want you to love every product. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

2. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Sealed (for hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by the customer

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@support.sveltplace.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of authorization
  4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid with:

  • Card (via Paystack/Flutterwave): Refund to your card within 5–7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Refund to your bank account within 5–7 business days

6. Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different shade or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
